PRICING

The Client purchasing User License (according to Package) minimum for one year period.

In case the Client needs also full-time user support or administrative services, there will be agreed price per month, additionally.

  • License Fee is paid in advanced, annually

  • Services to help import initial data on deployment

  • Keyuser instruction 3 months

  • Data connections to other software(s)

  • Connection with Active Directory

License Fee allows to use the software and agreed Tools/Modules for 1 year period. In case of Vacation/Time-reporting/Salary module there will be additional cost payable monthly.

License fee is purchased annually.

For long time Customers the License Fee is distributed to monthly payments, if requested.

There is a one-time Onboarding fee for joining, which includes creating a client account, uploading data (users data and contract data), and keyuser support (up to 1 month). Hereafter the services will be paid for in accordance with the Agreement.

SinuLab software can be interfaced through the API with other softwares that has a readiness for API connection. The API is configured for each client separately for a fee based on the number of data fields to import.

SinuLab software can be connected to an Active Directory solution. The interface is set up for each customer for agreed Fee.

Special solutions are executed as projects and in close connection with the Customer. Special solution costs are project management, programming and design costs.

Module: Work Time Management

Work Time Management solutions:

  • Vacation management, incl. vacation scheduling, electronic vacation requests, approval of vacation requests, annual vacation entitlement and balance, Manager and Employee self-service
  • Work schedules, incl. defining shifts, scheduling shifts & working hours, making schedule changes, requesting a schedule change by an Employee, counting planned & unused hours
  • Time reporting, incl. accounting of all types of work, paid and unpaid overtime, automatic data from vacation solution.

The HR manager or payroll responsible can export vacation and working time data to Excel.

The Feature includes:

  • Annual vacation plan formation, schedule ā‡’ Employee requests vacation with proper info and appendix
  • Vacation application fulfillment, forwarding, and approval by Employee, Manager and Main User
  • Appointing of replacement during the vacation
  • In addition to annual vacation, all other vacations types are available in the system
  • Reminders before vacation start ā€“ Employee receives a reminder 1 week before vacation start date
