2019 has been a year of big changes for SinuLab. We have modernized completely the software, updated the user interface design, upgraded all existing modules, added a number of functionalities, and came up with completely new solutions such as:

SinuLab people & performance software, aimed primarily at small and medium-sized businesses, has 10 modules that help companies streamline business processes, enable real-time access to all data for your employees & executives, and support internal performance management.

From 2019, SinuLab has a full API readiness to interface with other softwares as well as the possibility to configure Active Directory.

All software solutions are available in five languages:
Estonian, Russian, Finnish, English and now Swedish. A German application is about to be introduced very soon.

In addition to developing SinuLab software, two brand new tools have been completed: SinuLab RECRUIT and SinuLab MyPlan.

RECRUIT is a recruitment software that focuses on collaboration between the Recruiter, Manager & Team members and designed to provide the candidate with the best experience.

RECRUIT software includes a complete ATS (Applicant Tracking System) solution and many other handy options for both the Manager and the Recruiter to design the contemporary recruitment experience, master Employer Branding and speed up the recruitment process.

MyPlan is a Personal Performance Management tool designed for individuals to consciously steer and shape their self-management, development and potential.

MyPlan includes several tools to plan and analyze goals, performance indicators and daily activities as well work with work-life balance, physical or mental health areas.
