ASYNCHRONOUS VIDEO INTERVIEWS allows the recruiter/manager to record their questions in text and video form and the candidate to answer them also as a video recording. Such a solution gives both parties a convenient opportunity to exchange information regardless of time, and the employer can choose whether and with whom he wants to continue in the next recruitment stage.

Functionalities:

• the recruiter / manager initiates a video interview for one or more candidates
• a personal link with instructions will be sent to the candidate by e-mail
• the candidate records his answers as a video
• the maximum length of the answer video is 3 minutes
• the recruiter / manager sees the candidate’s answers as a video in the recruitment portal

Asynchronous video interview solution cost is 150 € and is added to annual License Fee.

Terms of use of SinuLab RECRUIT:

• each legal entity can have only one account (data is checked through the Business Register)
• when creating an Account, the User confirms that he/she has the authority to create an account on behalf of the Company
• the recruitment software may only be used for recruitment purposes
• we recommend using only official company email addresses when adding users
• the free trial of the software lasts for 30 days, after which the account will be deactivated
• deactivated account data is stored in the database for up to 360 days
• to use the software after the end of the trial period, the legal entity must pay an annual License Fee of €269
• the owner of the recruitment software has the right to change the annual License Fee rates
